If you are booking for two weeks, the second week is discounted by 10%.

If you wish to bring your own bedlinen, then the above prices are reduced by £100 per week. (Bath / hand / tea (but not beach) towels are still included.)

The above rates assume that the property will be left as you found it. If you don't wish to clean on the last day of your holiday then cleaning can be provided at a charge of €75 (please pay directly to Mme Vantigem who holds the keys).

Please note a security deposit of £300 is required which will be returned after the property has been checked at the end of your stay. The cost of any telephone calls that have been made outside of the arranged rates will be deducted from the deposit together with cleaning costs if the property is left dirty.

A deposit of 25% (sterling or euro cheque please) is required to secure your booking. The balance together with the security deposit, is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday unless you are paying the security deposit in cash, in which case the security deposit only can be paid at the time the keys are handed over.

Except for the months of December, January and February the rates include all linen, heating and logs for the woodburner. For the months mentioned, a charge of £45 / €50 will be made for the additional heating costs. A welcome pack can be provided by prior arrangement.
